OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
Official language of the Congress is English. Opening ceremony and plenary speaker lectures are simultaneously translated.
CURRENCY & EXCHANGE
All the fees are in Euro but payable only in Croatian currency (Kuna).
Foreign currency can be exchanged at banks, post offices and exchange offices.
CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE
Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance.
CME
Croatian psychologists and medical doctors will be accredited for the Congress’ attendance according to the valid bylaws.

All the relevant information is available at the Congress secretariat, located at the ground floor in room JELENOVAC next to the Cristal ballroom.

REGISTRATION DESK
Registration and payments of congress fees can be made at the Registration desk located in the hall in front of the Crystal ballroom, according to the following schedule:

Saturday 13th 08:00 - 11:00
SPEAKERS’ PREPARATION ROOM
Speakers wishing to prepare for their presentations (check their slides or technical equipment) will be helped by congress volunteers in the room ZELENGAJ.
NAME BADGE
All participants will receive a name badge upon registration. Without the badge entrance to the congress sessions, coffee breaks, welcome cocktail on 11th October and lunch on 12th October is not possible.
In case you lose a badge please contact the registration desks for a replacement.
NAME BADGE FOR PRE-CONGRESS COURSES
The attendees will be issued with a name badge valid only for the pre-congress courses and lunch on 11th October.
OPENING CEREMONY
Opening ceremony is on Thursday 11th October at 13:30 at the CRISTAL BALLROOM, hotel Westin.
WELCOME COCKTAIL
Welcome cocktail is on Thursday 11th October at 19:00 at HOTEL WESTIN, 17th FLOOR.
It is free for all registered Congress participants (drinks & finger food served).
COFFEE BREAKS AND MEALS
Refreshments during coffee breaks are included in the registration fee and are served in the hall in front of the Crystal ballroom on the following days: Thursday, October 11th afternoon; Friday, October 12th morning and afternoon and Saturday, October 13th morning.
Lunch on Friday , October 12th is also included in the registration fee.
GALA DINNER
Gala dinner is on Friday ,October 12th at 20:00 at MIMARA MUSEUM, MAIN HALL. It is not included in the registration fee.
Reservations will be accepted on “First come first served base”.
INTERNET
Wireless connection is available in Hotel Westin and is charged additionally.
MOBILE PHONES
It is recommended to switch off mobile phones during congress sessions.
SMOKING POLICY
All participants are kindly asked to refrain from smoking. Please pay attention to smoking and non-smoking signs.

Pre-congress registration fees are as follows:

Congress registration fees are as follows:

2. Late registration, after July 1 2007..........................€ 500, 00
3. ON SITE registration, after July 1 2007.....................€ 550, 00
Special rates will be offered to members of congress co-organizers, attendees from countries with lower GDP and students.

At excursion desk you can make all kinds of reservations: for excursions, tours, restaurants, rent a car, tailor made programs as well as prolong your stay in Zagreb or make hotel reservations in some other Croatian destination.
All regular tours are in English although individual tours can be organised in other languages.
